Altium PCB Designer

Job Title: Altium PCB Designer Job Location: McLeansville NC 27301 Onsite Requirements: PCB Design Altium Secret Clearance Job Description: As a PCB Designer for Undersea Systems, you'll support CCA development for electronics used in high reliability undersea communication systems. Preferred Skills or Experiences: A minimum of four years' experience using Altium for PCB design. Preferred candidates can work onsite in McLeansville North Carolina 3 or more days per week. Experience with Altium Designer 27 or Altium IPC footprint and schematic generators. Experience with library management practices in Altium or Xpedition. Knowledge of PCB layout tools from the Mentor Graphics suite (xDM, Xpedition, DXdatabook, BoardStation, Hyperlynx). Experience with schematic capture in Xpedition and Altium is valuable. 3D modeling in Solidworks, NX, or CREO. Experience with Footprint Expert. Circuit design and hands-on prototyping experience. Basic knowledge of IPC and manufacturing standards. In-depth knowledge of CCA fabrication techniques. Ability to communicate with suppliers when asked to provide clarification on design documentation packages. Documentation capture including: Bill of material parts lists ODB++ digital fabrication packages 3D model generation **Due to the nature of the work, a United States Government Clearance is required to be eligible for the position**
