Graphic Designer + Social Media Manager

Innovate 3D is expanding and looking for a full-time Graphic Designer + Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who’s both highly creative and extremely detail-oriented, with strong experience in print design, vinyl graphics, signage, and digital content creation. You’ll be working across branding, marketing materials, large-format print layouts, and the visual direction of our social media presence.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for print, vinyl, signage, and large‑format applications
• Prepare accurate, print‑ready files (CMYK, bleeds, outlines, resolution)
• Create marketing assets, presentations, and brand collateral
• Manage social media content creation, posting schedules, and engagement
• Maintain consistent brand standards across all digital and physical outputs
• Work directly with production teams to ensure accuracy and quick turnaround times

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related tools
• Experience with social media management and content creation
• Understanding of signage, vinyl or large‑format printing is a major plus
• Ability to work on‑site in Las Vegas
• Organized, self‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
