Senior Graphic Designer (Apparel) Our client is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer (Apparel) to support their Women’s Apparel Graphics team by shaping seasonal concepts, developing visual centers, and creating cohesive artwork for multiple collections each season. This role blends storytelling, graphic design excellence, and strategic creativity to bring narrative-driven graphics to life across a full seasonal line.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Senior Graphic Designer (Apparel) Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of seasonal visual centers, graphic narratives, and artwork that define two apparel collections per season, ensuring clear thematic cohesion across all pieces.
• Develop original graphic icons, trim concepts, and schematic layouts that guide product teams through ideation, development, and refinement stages.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and color partners to align creative intent with construction, materials, and production requirements.
• Present creative direction and narrative concepts to cross-functional partners, articulating design rationale and storytelling approaches with clarity and confidence.
• Build and maintain a well‑organized seasonal workflow, balancing short‑term deliverables with long‑range concepting needs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Participate in brainstorms, critiques, and team sessions that influence overarching seasonal direction and graphic strategy.
• Stay informed about cultural, sport, and graphic design trends to inspire fresh, consumer‑relevant concepts.

Senior Graphic Designer (Apparel) Qualifications

• A portfolio is required, showcasing seasonal collections, trims, graphic development, storytelling, and apparel‑relevant work.
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design with demonstrated skill in graphic icon development and cross‑season visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and strong competency in Photoshop; ability to create detailed schematics and visual centers is essential.
• Experience creating graphics for apparel or product‑driven industries (2+ years highly preferred).
• Strong narrative‑building skills with the ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visual systems and collection‑wide stories.
• Familiarity with Figma, Viscom, or AI‑enhanced design tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity, while maintaining high attention to detail and design integrity.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to navigating ambiguity and evolving creative direction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Compensation Up to $37/hr. (DOE)
