Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $58,000.00/yr
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of compelling partnership proposals, for both RFP responses and proactive idea generation, ensuring marketing solutions are purposeful, on‑brand for both the client and the editorial voice, aligned with sales strategy, and leverages cultural/market trends and consumer insights.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns with editorial production/creative teams including maintaining status documents, trackers, and timelines; handling clipping and recap organization; and occasional on‑set execution attendance.
- Develop sales collateral; weaving insights and synthesized ideas from editorial into aesthetically appealing stories outlining the partnership opportunity using PowerPoint, Canva, and other desktop design applications.
- Cultivate relationships and contribute to efficient, transparent communication with internal and external partners including: Creative, Sales, Client Partnerships, Research, Commercial Operations, Planning, Legal, Production and Post‑Production counterparts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external advertising clients from pre‑sale pitch process through post‑sale execution for sold campaigns.
- Responsible for maintaining organized and up‑to‑date catalog of go‑to‑market materials, recaps and case studies.
- Contribute to brand expertise for the Syndication properties, Access Daily/Hollywood and The Kelly Clarkson Show, educating internal Ad Sales partners, external client and agency partners and driving top of mind awareness of offerings within sales organization.
- Support the Portfolio Development team in the creation and execution of cohesive marketing campaigns under a unified theme, serving as a strategic liaison for IP‑led solutions in close collaboration with internal Creative teams.
- Own and manage scheduling internal, and at times external, meeting invitations and support with other administrative needs.
Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in creative roles in advertising sales marketing within the television industry, advertising agency, or digital company with ad supported revenue or other related experience
- Demonstrated track record of success in contributing to integrated marketing and branded content campaigns from creative problem‑solving brainstorms and idea proposal through execution
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and specialties
- Experience in digital solutions, new digital platforms and products highly desired
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Monday.com and a working knowledge of SharePoint, Salesforce, and Adobe Photoshop
- Media experience a plus

- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of media marketing, the sales process, and the creative development process
Hybrid Working
This position is designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
Salary
$55,000 - $58,000 + overtime
