Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Public Relations Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in shaping and maintaining our brand’s voice. This position requires an individual with a passion for communication and a knack for storytelling, as you will be responsible for developing and executing PR strategies that enhance our reputation and connect us with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
  • Manage day-to-day media inquiries and act as a liaison between the organization and the media.
  • Coordinate and support PR events, including press conferences and promotional activities.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing analysis and reporting to the team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local, national, and industry-specific media contacts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in public relations or communications, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in crafting press materials.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with media representatives.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
