Position Overview Our award-winning team is seeking a Vice President of Marketing responsible for the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives designed to enhance brand awareness, drive guest engagement, and support business growth. This role includes oversight of public relations, communications, and integrated marketing efforts across all Revel Group entities.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic marketing plans to support company goals.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, managing communications, graphic design, and digital marketing professionals.
Oversee public relations and brand communications to elevate the company’s presence in the market.
Create and manage integrated marketing plans for events such as grand openings, media opportunities, and co-branded initiatives.
Establish and maintain relationships with community partners, industry leaders, and media outlets.
Collaborate with department heads to design marketing initiatives and packages that enhance guest experiences.
Analyze program effectiveness and ROI to inform decision-making.
Set individual and team goals, oversee project prioritization, and provide coaching, feedback, and performance management.
Plan and oversee advertising strategies including print, digital, social, and out-of-home channels.
Guide branding initiatives across internal divisions and external partners.
Manage relationships with influencer, media, and agency partners.
Monitor competitor marketing and promotional activities to stay ahead of trends.
Serve as liaison with outside agencies for ongoing marketing campaigns.
Support internal divisions with marketing recommendations and materials.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing leadership with a proven record of success (hospitality, attractions, or multi‑unit industry experience preferred). Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital trends, and brand management. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and financial acumen. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including solid presentation ability. Demonstrated success in developing integrated marketing campaigns and managing budgets. Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset with a collaborative leadership style. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with analytics/reporting platforms. Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities.
