You’ll play a key role in using data to assess our needs and ensure that our content sources are purpose‑built, agile and scalable – aligned with both current and future strategic goals. At NAVEX, you will work in a hybrid role and thrive alongside an engaged and collaborative team invested in supporting your success.
What you’ll get:

- High‑Performance Environment. We move with urgency, set ambitious goals, and expect excellence. You’ll be trusted with real ownership and supported to do the best work of your career.
- Candid, Supportive Culture. We communicate openly, challenge ideas—not people—and value teammates who embrace bold thinking and continuous improvement.
- Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.
- Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognise measurable outcomes and real impact.
What you’ll do:
- Partner closely with Content Development, Production and Project Management teams to produce learning, video and localisation projects on time, on budget and to specification.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure that project plans reflect operational best practices, including structures attuned to the needs of the different product types, stretch timelines and alignment with appropriate resources.
- Maintain a current understanding of available resources organised by functional category (instructional design, visual design, video), and research alternative vendors and potential generative AI solutions.
- Align resources to upcoming work based on schedules, skillsets and capacity, ensuring delivery readiness across all product types.
- Resolve resourcing conflicts to avoid bottlenecks and slowdowns.
- Track resource utilisation, project velocity and unit costs, and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain and optimise project tracking and workflows.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert ensuring that the team leverages Smartsheet to its full potential to track project process, status report, resource management and other tasks.
- Use product road‑maps and sales forecasts to anticipate future resource needs and model staffing scenarios.
- Create and maintain invoice and expense tracking reports.
- Serve as a change agent who can contribute to the development of plans for continuous improvement and transformation and then devise change‑management plans to implement them.
- Analyse course usage data to identify trends, inform content updates and support strategic resourcing decisions.
What you’ll bring:
- A bachelor’s degree; a master’s in a related field is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in eLearning Content Development, ideally with a project‑management or operations focus in a corporate environment.
- Excellent project‑management experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; experience with agile or iterative workflows is a plus.
- Experience working with usage data and metrics to inform decisions; familiarity with LMS/LXP analytics is a plus.
- Excellent Smartsheet and MS Excel abilities.
- Proficient with MS Office and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills; ability to work effectively with remote teams and communicate across departments.
- Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast‑paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate and follow‑through.
- AI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomes.
- Ability to drive results through your job competencies while leveraging NAVEX’s core values.
Our side of the deal:
- We’ll be clear, we’ll move fast and we’ll invest in your success. You deserve to be supported, challenged and rewarded for the impact you make – and we commit to doing that every step of the way.
