Join to apply for the Senior Manager, Product Marketing role at Scopely focused on driving the product marketing growth strategy and execution for Pikmin Bloom in the United States. Pikmin Bloom is a geolocation based mobile game developed by Niantic, launched globally in October 2021, and has grown to millions of users worldwide. As the marketing lead, you will head a newly formed team and be responsible for all aspects of marketing efforts across the region, collaborating closely with teammates worldwide, especially in Japan. Lead gotomarket execution for all marketing campaigns for Pikmin Bloom in the US. Champion new feature launches, define strategy, and execute marketing campaigns in close coordination with crossfunctional partners (Product Management, Engineering, Game Design, Business Development/Partnerships, Operations/Customer Support, Marketing, Communications/Public Relations) and external marketing/PR agencies. Analyze product and marketing analytics, suggest improvements, and refine strategies. Manage the marketing budget for the US region. Conduct ROI analyses on marketing campaigns and apply insights to future programs. Create impactful fan experiences through realworld events and digital promotions. 6+ years of marketing experience in gaming, entertainment, or consumer technology products. ~ Experience in paid media campaign strategy, creative development, agency selection, media buying, tracking, and optimization. ~ Social media marketing expertise and familiarity with community management and engagement strategies. ~ Ability to lead complex crossfunctional projects with multiple partners and priorities. ~ Experience leading partnerships, collaborating with business partners and IP holders. ~ Passion for analyzing products, customers, and market dynamics. ~ Strategic problemsolving mindset with strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills. ~ An avid player of Niantic games, especially Pikmin Bloom. International business experience. Experience as a Product Marketing Manager. Game industry experience. Proficiency in Japanese (speaking, writing, reading).
