Own Engagement and Retention Strategy for Lightroom Mobile: Define Lifecycle Marketing strategy and develop a cohesive approach that utilizes the most impactful levers to keep our free and paid customers engaged.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work across Product, GTM, Growth, GTM, ASO, social, and broader marketing teams to drive alignment and execution.
Lead with Influence: Bring clarity and direction in a matrixed org. Align teams with different goals and strong opinions around a common vision.

5-7 years of product marketing, growth marketing or GTM experiencepreferably for a consumer tech product like mobile gaming or a mobile-subscription product (Disney, etc.)
Strong understanding of mobile marketing and growth; familiarity with the Adobe creative cloud products (Lightroom, Photoshop) is a strong plus.
Proven success leveraging product and customer insights to drive lifecycle marketing motions like in-app push notification strategy or App Store experimentation.
Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally and influence in complex, matrixed environmentsbalancing strong personalities and multiple priorities with clarity and empathy.
Excellent storytelling and communication skills; able to simplify complex solutions and connect them to customer value.
Experience in both startups and large organizations. You know how to move fast, how to prioritize, and how to scale.
Deep ownership, critical thinking, and customer dedication.

BA or BS required
Experience with Microsoft suite of productivity tools (Teams, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, etc) a plus.
