Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing

Role Overview: Were hiring a Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to own execution across email, SMS, push, and inapp channels. Youll be the handson driver of Doctronics lifecycle efforts, directly building campaigns in Braze, analyzing results, and iterating fast. This is a player role with leadership upside; over time, this role could evolve into people leadership as the team grows.
- Directly manage endtoend lifecycle execution in Braze (campaigns, flows, testing, reporting).
- Build and optimize patient journeys: onboarding, activation, retention, and winback.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests across subject lines, creative, cadence, and channels.
- Monitor lifecycle KPIs and generate insights to share with leadership.
- Ensure full HIPAA/TCPA compliance in all lifecycle campaigns.
- Collaborate with product, growth, and design to create aligned, patientfirst messaging.
- 46 years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing.
- Musthave: handson Braze experience (daily operatorlevel expertise).
- Strong track record of executing campaigns that drive measurable lift.
- Comfortable working independently and wearing multiple hats.
- Analytical and detailoriented: able to dive into data and optimize accordingly.
- Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries a plus.
Compensation Range: $110,000.00 $165,000.00 per year
