What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Collaborate with leaders to define and execute the vision, strategy, and operational plans for Flow Studio
  • Develop and manage actionable product roadmaps, prioritizing impactful workflows and enhancements
  • Act as the customer-facing leader, engaging regularly with customers to inform and validate product strategy
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of review and content creation capabilities
  • Conduct ongoing customer discovery and validation to inform iterative development and maximize impact

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 10 years in product management or development, with significant experience in media & entertainment
  • Proven experience in machine learning, with strong expertise in computer vision, computational graphics, or generative AI
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Production Management tools and competitive AI solutions used in VFX, Animation, or Game pipelines
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of engaging both executive stakeholders and external customers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience managing projects in a large organization and working in Agile/SCRUM environments
  • Experience with web development on industry-scale cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Familiarity with statistical analytics platforms and concepts
  • Knowledge of 3D graphics, rendering pipelines, or real-time engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Blender, Maya)
  • Strong grasp of competitors’ products, their strengths, weaknesses, and target markets
