Creative Director Brussels At B2Ai architects, we are looking for an inspiring Creative Director for our team in Brussels . Your role as Creative Director As Creative Director, you will be the creative compass of your team. You will not only steer the design process in terms of content, but also monitor the design quality, aesthetics and architectural vision of our projects. You combine strategic insight with creative drive and are a true motivator for your team. What you will do Architectural vision and design quality You guarantee the creative and aesthetic quality of all designs in line with B2Ai’s vision. You ensure that each project reflects our core values: sustainability, innovation and feasibility. You validate final designs in team and thus monitor architectural quality. You encourage continuous innovation and help to further strengthen the agency’s vision. Leadership & team development You are an inspiring people manager for interns, junior and senior design architects. You coach your team on content, encourage creativity and collaboration, and monitor the well-being of the team. Together with the Studio Directors, you work on the professional development of your colleagues and on a balanced team composition. Planning, efficiency & quality control You closely monitor the planning, work distribution and efficiency within your team. You monitor the quality of the designs with an eye for feasibility, budget and timing. You make adjustments where necessary to distribute the workload evenly. Collaboration & knowledge sharing You are part of both the Brussels design team and the Creative Directors network within B2Ai, led by the Chief Creative Director. You actively participate in workshops and exchange moments where vision, innovation and feedback are central. What you bring At least 10 years of experience as a Senior Design Architect, including several years in a coaching role. A highly developed creative and conceptual vision . You are a motivational leader who helps colleagues grow – from interns to senior staff. You think strategically, but always remain in touch with the reality of the construction process. You are eager to learn and innovation-oriented, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others. You have a strong sense of quality, efficiency, planning and design coherence. You communicate clearly and inspiringly, both internally and externally. You guide clients through the design process with confidence and conviction. You are critical and analytical, and engage in dialogue with clients and partners. You function well in a multidisciplinary context and build bridges between teams. You are bilingual (Dutch/French) and have a good knowledge of English. You are flexible and willing to travel between our offices (Brussels, Ghent, Roeselare, Antwerp) from time to time.
