What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead the synthesis of insights across payer and provider audiences to inform marketing strategies
- Develop differentiated value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to specific market segments
- Create high-impact sales tools and content to accelerate deal progression
- Oversee B2B content strategy to elevate credibility and drive engagement
- Build and execute strategic field marketing initiatives to strengthen the employer’s presence at industry events
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, or commercial strategy
- 5+ years in healthcare with exposure to payer, provider, or value-based care environments
- Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Expertise in buyer research, persona development, and competitive analysis
- Strong portfolio of thought leadership and sales enablement materials
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Oncology experience is a significant plus
- Demonstrated success in creating compelling narratives for diverse decision-makers
- Experience partnering with Product, Clinical, and Sales teams to launch new capabilities
