Job Description
Business Bricks is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Head of Marketing to lead all demand generation, brand, and event initiatives for our fast‑growing B2B gifting and brand activation business. This role owns the marketing engine end‑to‑end, partnering closely with Sales and RevOps to drive pipeline, improve conversion, and expand our footprint across enterprise and agency customers.
The ideal candidate is both a builder and an operator: someone who can architect strategy, execute campaigns, and iterate rapidly using data, creativity, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid and organic marketing across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO
- Partner with Sales and RevOps on lead generation, ICP targeting, and list strategy
- Manage and execute industry, partner, and experiential events
- Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, emails, and campaigns
- Own content marketing: case studies, social, email nurtures, and enablement assets
- Support partner marketing and explore new ICP and channel opportunities
- Collaborate on SEO, paid media, website updates, and GTM initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand voice and creative across all channels
Preferred Experience
- Hands‑on with HubSpot, Instantly, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience sourcing influencers or creator partners
- Background in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth roles
- Strong analytical and creative skills for building and optimizing campaigns
