What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Create crave‑worthy content: behind‑the‑scenes kitchen moments, chef spotlights, guest experiences, menu launches, events, and more
- Manage posting schedules and maintain a consistent, on‑brand voice
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and guest feedback
- Stay on top of the latest food, dining, and social trends to keep our content fresh and relevant
- Work closely with our culinary, marketing, and operations teams to support promotions, campaigns, and announcements
- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports to guide ongoing strategy
- Assist with hosting duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of social media management experience (hospitality or lifestyle brands a plus)
- Strong photography/video instincts — you know how to make a dish look irresistible
- Skilled in short‑form video creation (Reels, TikTok) and comfortable capturing content in busy restaurant environments
- Excellent writing skills with a fun, approachable tone
- Familiarity with social analytics and social management toolsA natural storyteller with an eye for detail and design
- Ability to multitask across multiple venues and deadlines

- Experience with paid social campaigns
- Graphic design or video editing skills
- Influencer outreach or partnership experience
