Company Industry : Enterprise Networking and Infrastructure Solutions

Location : Hybrid – San Jose, CA

Salary : $130,000-$160,000 + $10,000 bonus (budgeted base salary)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives focused on our Enterprise Networking technology solutions. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to segmented markets (government, healthcare, transportation, education) ensuring that our value propositions resonate with target audiences and drive demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our technology solutions in segmented markets.
  • Create and oversee content development for marketing materials that communicate industry-specific value propositions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create sales enablement content that effectively supports the sales process.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives for new product launches and enhancements in the network infrastructure and enterprise networking sectors.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Build relationships with industry influencers and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on solutions marketing in the technology industry; minimum 3 years in enterprise networking, infrastructure, or related technology markets.
  • Strong understanding of segmented markets (government, healthcare, transportation, education) and the ability to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Proven experience in content development, particularly for sales enablement materials.
  • Ability to articulate and develop industry-specific value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Familiarity with current market trends in technology and network infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
