We are seeking a strategic B2B marketer to lead account-based and client journey marketing initiatives focused on driving pipeline growth, enhancing client engagement, and delivering measurable revenue impact.
Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
- Lead account-based marketing (ABM) programs and define key client segments for targeted campaigns.
- Design and optimize multi-channel marketing journeys across acquisition, nurture, retention, and expansion.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Data teams to ensure cohesive messaging, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
- Measure performance and ROI, leveraging analytics to optimize campaigns and guide investment decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, including ABM, segmentation, or demand generation.
- Proven success in driving pipeline growth and revenue through strategic marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills; able to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in financial services, legal, or compliance industries preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
