Project Manager & Lead Instructional Designer
Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing environment
- Proven expertise in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and the application of adult learning principles.
- Expert proficiency with industry‑standard e‑Learning authoring tools, including Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate.
- Demonstrated ability in video creation, editing, and scriptwriting for both instructional and communications content.
- Strong understanding of e‑Learning platforms, best practices for digital delivery, and technical knowledge of SCORM standards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including advanced ability to facilitate training sessions and present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with and managing content development alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple development tracks simultaneously.
