Overview

We are looking for a talented, data-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimize, and strategize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital advertising channels.

Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, analyze, and optimize paid ad campaigns to maximize performance and generate high-quality leads.
  • Develop targeting strategies, A/B testing plans, budget recommendations, and performance reports.
  • Monitor real-time optimization to improve CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years managing paid media campaigns, strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver adaptable to changing algorithms and industry trends.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with real estate ad campaigns.
  • Client-facing communication skills.

Campaign Strategy

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Test, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and client strategy.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

Project Management & Time Management

  • Stick to timelines while ensuring a high quality of work.
  • Demonstrate proactive solution-based thinking and delivery.

Day-to-Day Communications

  • Collaborate with client-facing strategists, creative team members, and production team members.
  • Answer all emails and messages promptly.
  • Proactively seek answers to questions on campaign objectives, audience targeting, budget allocations, or creative assets.
  • Clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations.

Innovation & Knowledge

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior.
  • Analyze paid media performance data (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates) to refine ad messaging, targeting strategies, and overall campaign effectiveness.
