The salary for this role is $125,000 with an OTE of $200,000.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales reps and ensure they hit sales quotas and other KPIs
- Ensure all processes are followed including the use of discovery and proposal decks
- Train all sales people, ensuring they are doing daily role playing
- Shadow calls and watch tape of calls to provide additional training
- Do review calls for all non-closed deals of qualified prospects
