Job Description

Pattern Promotions We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your marketing skills while working on innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, collaborating with various departments to execute strategies that resonate with our target audience

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms
• Support the planning and coordination of promotional events
• Collaborate with design and content teams for marketing materials
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics
• Assist in managing email marketing initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing trends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
