What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead analysis of large-scale datasets to uncover actionable trends and opportunities

Analyze website and digital performance to identify optimization opportunities

Build and maintain advanced dashboards and visualizations for executive-level insights

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated insights and improve customer journeys

Conduct attribution modeling and customer journey analysis for effective marketing strategies

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Data Science, or related field

5-9 years of progressive experience in data analysis or marketing analyticsProven experience in the financial services industry or with financial institutions

Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for data analysis

Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Master's degree in a related field

Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or AWS

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems

Knowledge of big data tools like Hadoop or Spark

Track record of delivering impactful insights that influenced strategic decisions
