What You’ll Be Doing

Serve as the primary point of contact for high‑value clients and strategic agency partners

Develop and execute account plans that drive revenue, client satisfaction, and long‑term retention

Consult with clients on their advertising strategies, offering solutions across MyFitnessPal to meet business goals

Collaborate closely with internal teams including Ad Ops, Rev Ops and Product to ensure flawless execution of campaigns

Use data‑driven insights to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and communicate results

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling within existing accounts

Lead contract negotiations and manage deal structures

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the advertising landscape

Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

8‑10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or client management, preferably at a publisher, ad tech company, or agency

Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building deep client relationships

Strong understanding of digital advertising products, including programmatic, social, display, video and native formats

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and ad platforms

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment

Experience working with clients in CPG with the ability to build strategic relationships

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or large‑scale ad campaigns

Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and attribution models

What We Offer

OTE range for this role is $150,000 - $350,000 (Base + Bonus)
