Zinda Law Group is looking for a highly motivated and creative Content Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. This person will be owning the execution of our content calendar from content ideation to execution across multiple social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
Own the execution of an editorial calendar incorporating engaging content that gets us clients and referrals
Social media content ideation and creation across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/Threads, LinkedIn)
Execute and optimize email campaigns and flows
Own platform performance and optimize accordingly
Partner with SEO Manager to plan and execute content that drives site traffic and conversions
Plan and execute content production with our CEO Jack Zinda and other attorneys at the firm
Facilitate work for freelancers for writing, video and graphics production
Assist with Public Relations initiatives as they come up
Recommend and develop project plans for new content-based initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
2+ years of experience creating and executing a content calendar
Demonstrated ability to drive growth and engagement on social media
Able to provide examples of prior content creation, from ideation to execution
Data-driven with solid understanding of key content metrics
Ability to capture a brand voice and values and implement across all forms of content
Experience reading, researching and editing topics of a legal nature, related education/certification a plus
Knack for conceptualizing new content through the repurposing of existing video, written content
Superior organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
$80,000-$100,000 depending on experience
Paid time off (20 days) and 10 paid holidays
IRA plan with company contribution match (up to 3% match)
