Provide essential support for our internal content and data framework, ensuring data accuracy and robust reporting capabilities.
Establish and maintain structured reporting schedules and implement effective feedback mechanisms to continuously improve content and communication strategies.
Conduct thorough analysis of trends in content engagement and information dissemination, translating findings into actionable insights for our communication and change management stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in content management and information architecture.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
Experience in developing and implementing reporting cadences and feedback loops.
Proficiency with content collaboration platforms, including strong expertise in SharePoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for cross-functional collaboration.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity and process improvement.
