The Role Join us as a key support professional for our CEO and team. Your work will involve essential executive operations (80%) and dynamic social media production support (20%), ensuring smooth daily workflow while also adding to our creative projects.
This is an engaging role for someone who appreciates diverse tasks, stays naturally curious about evolving trends, values having real ownership in key processes, and enjoys attending industry and client-related events.
Core Responsibilities
Support scheduling, communications, and daily operations for the CEO.
Draft emails, create presentations, and maintain documentation.
Assist with basic document handling and administrative organization.
Coordinate meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-through.
Run errands and attend events/meetings across LA, Beverly Hills, and Orange County.
Social Media & Production Support
Comfortably assist with on-set production and general social media modeling as needed (our clients are highly visible online).
Stay current on social media trends and content formats.
Contribute ideas for campaigns and content strategy.
Collaborate with the creative team on client projects.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Valid CA driver's license and reliable car.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and Asana.
Eye for design and visual aesthetics.
Comfort and willingness to appear on camera for social media content.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Proven ability to juggle priorities and pivot quickly.
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and limited structure.
Calm under pressure and resilient through change.
Genuine interest in marketing, media, and creative work.
Bonus: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Requirements
Must live in the Beverly Hills/Los Angeles area.
Must have your own laptop and vehicle.
Background check required.
