Sales and Marketing Director - Burbank, CA
Join Ivy Living as a Sales and Marketing Director at our Ivy Park at Burbank senior living community. In this role you will generate and manage leads, work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to create a strategic marketing plan, and achieve budgeted occupancy targets.
Responsibilities
Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.
Ideate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
Work with the team to execute events to draw prospects to the community.
Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration opportunities.
Qualifications
3+ years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred).
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Organization and diligence in following up with prospects.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $40–$42 per hour plus monthly bonuses.
