Description and Requirements
Exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing mobile technology players in the world leading global marketing for Motorola's Enterprise business. Motorola is a global mobile technology player with double digit billions in revenue. One of the key strategic pillars is to accelerate growth into the enterprise mobility space. This role will lead Enterprise Marketing for the business working closely with key senior stakeholders across the organization including Sales, Product, Strategy & Operations.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of the global marketing B2B communication & brand strategy
Strengthen brand awareness, consideration, and purchase intent for Motorola's B2B proposition
Work closely with geographies, sales & product teams to develop an enterprise brand strategy and communication approach that is relevant for each market needs
Analyze new business opportunities and the marketing strategy needed to succeed within them.
Collaborate with the Motorola global & regional team including PR, Digital, Brand, Retail marketing
Rally & win internal support for conceptual ideas, marketing go to market plans, propositions, and strategies
Manage, administer, and track all B2B marketing budgets
Motivate and challenge agency resource
Drive innovation/disruption with a challenger mindset
Basic Qualifications
At least 8+ years marketing communication experience with significant exposure to B2B hardware, software or services marketing
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience)
Proficient with marketing activities including brand strategy and planning, campaign development, sell‑in propositions, development of training materials, traditional and digital advertising, web development, CRM, social media, transcreation, and budget development and control
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent understanding of channel & customer marketing
Team leader with experience in a matrixed brand management structure, and of working successfully across borders and cultures
Ability to influence and follow through successful plans within large, dynamic organizations
Prior experience in marketing products or services to IT decision makers, channel marketing would be preferred
Team player that leads by example, motivates and inspires
Develops strong business relationships, and collaborates with all levels of an organization
Accomplished idea‑generator who can push teams to find new and innovative ways to maximize available resources
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $120k - 180K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo's various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com.
