Trade Marketing Coordinator - Latin America Responsible for overseeing the project management and workflow of Trade marketing materials. Develop, coordinate, and manage campaigns, events, and related initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and trade press. Manage data and analyze the performance of campaigns and activities promoted by Norwegian Cruise Line for the Trade segment. Support the sales team in their initiatives with GSA's and agencies. Implement innovative solutions and ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines when creating briefs for the creative team and developing trade assets.

Position Responsibilities

Maintain the LATAM repository of marketing and sales materials, coordinating new content uploads in partnership with the creative teams to meet business needs.

Support the creation, translation, and review of marketing content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency across LATAM.

Assist in organizing, translating, and preparing materials for press releases in collaboration with corporate communications and PR teams.

Help manage logistics, track costs, and coordinate shipping for trade marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Respond to Sales team requests for marketing materials, including emails, printed collateral, and presentations.

Help maintain the events calendar and ensure marketing materials are prepared and delivered on time for sales activities and events.

Assist in developing marketing briefs, writing short copy, and preparing materials for social media and internal and external communications.

Support the planning and organization of trade events, including sourcing vendors, gifts, and services.

Update landing pages and schedule trade email campaigns in Pardot.

Track and report on email and campaign performance, highlighting key trends and KPIs.

Collect and organize data from online and offline campaigns to support performance analysis and reporting.

Keep the agent portal up to date with new content, educational materials, images, and news, including updates to MHQ and NCLU courses.

Provide support for B2C marketing initiatives as needed.

Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

Field(s) of Study:

Marketing, business, or related field of study or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate trade marketing department or advertising agency. Cruise Industry experience preferred.

Competencies & Skills:

Exceptional proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.

Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities; able to present and convey information clearly and effectively.

Effective team player with strong active listening, resilience, and negotiation skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and management tools.

Creative problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly and remain flexible in dynamic situations.

Practical understanding of briefing preparation and operational processes.

Strong knowledge of communication channels and how to apply the right tactics to market needs.

Familiarity with management and marketing platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce, Workfront, and HTML.
