Responsibilities

Provide on-demand technical support for live studio and post-production teams

Maintain and troubleshoot cinema cameras, lenses, lighting systems, audio/video signal paths, and robotic camera systems

Support production asset management pipelines, automation tools, and software across macOS, Windows, and Linux

Troubleshoot and maintain Fibre Channel SAN storage, networking infrastructure, and high-throughput media workflows

Manage tasks independently and prioritize urgent issues to ensure smooth studio operations

Requirements

5+ years of technical support in live, live-to-tape, or post-production environments

Strong understanding of video/audio signal flows, workflows, protocols, and codecs

Experience with PAM/MAM systems and large-scale SAN environments

Ability to troubleshoot Ethernet, Fibre Channel, and DLC networks

Proficiency in macOS, Linux, and Windows administration
