The EVP, Director of Media is a visionary leader responsible for shaping and driving the agency’s media philosophy, strategy, and execution across all channels, paid, owned, and earned. This individual will lead the integration of media thinking within the broader creative process, ensuring that data‑driven insights and channel expertise elevate creative impact and business outcomes for clients. As a senior agency leader, the EVP will serve as both a thought partner to clients and a mentor to the media department, fostering innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Vision

Define and evolve the agency’s media offering, ensuring it aligns with evolving client needs, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Partner with creative, strategy, and account leadership to deliver integrated, culturally relevant, and performance-driven campaigns. Represent the media discipline on the executive leadership team, contributing to overall agency growth and positioning. Client Partnership

Serve as a senior advisor to C-level clients on all media-related matters from strategic planning to measurement and innovation. Oversee the development of multi-channel media strategies that integrate traditional, digital, and emerging media platforms. Lead key pitches and new business opportunities, ensuring the agency’s media capabilities are showcased as a core differentiator. Oversee operational processes across the media department to ensure efficiency and profitability. Collaborate with finance and business leadership to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and ensure fiscal responsibility across accounts. Develop strategic partnerships with media vendors, platforms, and technology partners to drive innovation and value. Innovation & Thought Leadership

Stay ahead of media trends, audience behaviors, and technology shifts; translate insights into actionable strategies for clients and teams. Contribute to the agency’s thought leadership through speaking engagements, industry panels, and publications. Drive innovation in data, measurement, and performance analytics to enhance campaign effectiveness. Qualifications 15+ years of media experience in creative, integrated, or media agency environments, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven success leading large, cross-disciplinary teams and managing multimillion-dollar client portfolios. Deep understanding of both brand and performance media, across digital, social, programmatic, video/CTV, and traditional channels. Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and creative opportunities. Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
