Job Summary
This individual will be responsible for leading the execution of healthcare professional (HCP) marketing tactics for VALTOCO, as well as supporting consumer and digital marketing initiatives. This high‑impact, hands‑on role reports directly to the Marketing Director.
Essential Job Functions
Lead the development and execution of HCP marketing tactical plans for VALTOCO.
Support the execution of HCP, consumer, and digital marketing initiatives.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and Market Access teams.
Ensure timely development, approval, and deployment of promotional materials through the MLR process.
Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver on key marketing projects.
Analyze market data, customer insights, and sales performance to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Drive the planning and execution of national sales meetings and POA meetings with the support of HCP Marketing Director.

Spends approximately 10% of work time standing or walking within the work area or at meetings and bends, twists, stoops and reaches. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 10 pounds. Working conditions are normal for an office environment. The noise level is usually moderate.
Travel Requirements
Position will be based in San Diego. Minimum 3 days in the office.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
Overnight travel required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
Minimum 8 years of product management, marketing, business, or equivalent work experience in the healthcare industry.
Experience working with cross‑functional teams and promotional review processes.
