CSBimpact is a small but mighty marketing agency based in San Diego with a digital outpost in Indianapolis. Our team is growing and we’re looking for an individual to join our digital marketing department to help us support our top-tier clients. Role Overview The Digital Media Manager is responsible for planning, activating, and optimizing upper-funnel and third-party digital initiatives across OTT, streaming audio, influencer partnerships, video, and display. This role requires strong vendor management, cross-channel collaboration, and end-to-end ownership of digital campaign performance, budget accuracy, and execution quality.

Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Implementation:

Lead, plan and execute upper-funnel and 3rd-party digital initiatives, including OTT, streaming audio, influencer partnerships, video, and display. Collaborate with internal Search and Social teams.

Media Planning & Recommendations:

Work with digital strategy lead to development digital media plan strategy and recommendation decks; ensure plans align with client objectives and KPIs.

Vendor RFPs & Negotiations:

Manage vendor RFP processes ‑ from strategic briefing and proposal evaluation to negotiation and implementation across digital platforms.

Budget & Billing Oversight:

Maintain accurate budget tracking, pacing, and fulfillment across all digital channels.

Campaign Execution:

Execute buy details, trafficking, UTMs, and campaign setup with vendors and partners such as Campaign Manager and MediaMonks.

Reporting & Optimization:

Deliver high-level performance analysis and actionable insights; collaborate with analytics teams to optimize campaigns.

Contract and IO Oversight:

Oversee digital contracts, insertion orders (IOs), and vendor agreements.

Client and Internal Collaboration:

Communicate campaign performance, recommendations, and optimization strategies to clients and internal teams.

New Business Support:

Contribute to planning for new business opportunities as needed.

Key Skills & Experience

3-5 years of

B2C agency experience in digital media planning, buying and/or execution.

Proven expertise managing

vendor RFP processes

(strategy, proposal review, negotiation, and execution) across digital platforms ‑ OTT, streaming audio, video, display, and local media.

Experience using

Scarborough, AI platforms or similar syndicated research

to guide strategic recommendations is a plus.

Demonstrated

client-facing and vendor relationship management

skills.

Exceptional

attention to detail , especially in managing digital budgets, pacing, and campaign fulfillment.

Proficiency in

campaign analytics , performance reporting, and presenting results to clients and internal teams.

Solid understanding of

media trafficking, UTM setup, and digital tracking best practices .
