Job Summary The
Senior Product Designer
will take the lead in shaping key web and mobile products from concept through execution. This hands‑on, human‑centered design role involves sketching, prototyping, testing, and refining intuitive and impactful experiences that meet complex user needs. Working cross‑functionally with engineering, product management, and research, you will create solutions that balance business goals, user insights, and high‑quality visual execution.
Key Responsibilities Interaction Design
Analyze business requirements and user needs to create user flows and task diagrams.
Translate concepts into wireframes and prototypes for user and stakeholder feedback.
Ensure interaction patterns support intuitive and
human-centered
experiences.
Visual & UI Design
Develop polished mockups aligned with UI guidelines and brand standards.
Apply strong visual hierarchy, refined layout, typography, and micro‑interactions.
Design System Integration
Utilize and evolve the company’s design system to create scalable UX patterns.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure feasibility and consistency of design system components.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product managers and user researchers to understand customer needs.
Support agile teams by ensuring high‑quality UI implementation.
Negotiate technical viability of designs and adapt where needed.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human Factors, or related field.
Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience, preference for
6+ years
as a Senior Product Designer.
Strong understanding of UI patterns, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and micro‑interactions.
Experience creating, evolving, and maintaining design systems.
Robust design portfolio showcasing recent consumer‑facing products and impact of design decisions.
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong prototyping and animation skills across multiple fidelity levels.
Expertise in usability and accessibility best practices for inclusive design.
Ability to convey design rationale clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Strong communication and cross‑disciplinary collaboration skills.
