About SWAY SWAY is a strategic communications and multimedia production company that produces top-quality content for TV, radio, and digital. We deliver break-out strategy and creative that help win campaigns, build support for causes, and strengthen progressive organizations’ brands.
We’re a smaller, hands-on firm that limits the number of clients we take on so we can provide real partnership and craft standout, effective ads. Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion SWAY works for diverse candidates and organizations — and is equally committed to building an internal culture that reflects those values. Applicants of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Hands‑on experience executing campaigns across major ad platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
Experience with voter-file targeting through programmatic DSPs (e.g., DSPolitical, Basis, StackAdapt, TargetSmart)
Strong understanding of digital audience targeting, reach and frequency, creative testing, and performance analytics
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Deep commitment to Democratic and progressive values, and enthusiasm for helping campaigns and causes win
Dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion in both client work and team culture
Bonus Skills

Campaign cycle experience or agency background in paid media
