As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will craft engaging educational experiences tailored for technical audiences at eero. Collaborating closely with leaders across the organization, you will support learners with varying technical capabilities and develop learning solutions in diverse formats.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders across eero to identify and assess learning needs, leveraging industry data and user research to inform effective learning solutions.
Drive the entire design process, from initial analysis through to implementation.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that learning experiences yield measurable outcomes and impact business goals.
Create learner-centric solutions based on principles of adult learning theory.
Effectively communicate design concepts throughout the project lifecycle to all key stakeholders.
Evaluate and improve learning solutions using feedback mechanisms and data insights.
Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices in adult learning and design expertise.
Daily Activities:
Your day will involve creating learning experiences and managing the complete ADDIE process, in conjunction with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Business Development, Partner Support, Marketing, and Customer Experience. You'll ensure that learning content meets audience needs, maintains accuracy with appropriate technical depth, and adheres to adult learning best practices. A range of authoring tools will be employed to develop content types such as instructor-led training, self-directed eLearning, videos, GIFs, job aids, and facilitator guides.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in instructional design, focused on creating learning experiences for technical audiences.
University degree or equivalent in educational technology, instructional design, adult education, visual design, or a related field.
Proficiency in various authoring and design tools, including Articulate, Camtasia, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality results on time.
A portfolio demonstrating your work in instructional design.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in networking and WiFi product lines.
Strong analytical and technical abilities.
Experience in assessing the effectiveness of learning programs to achieve business impact.
Background in graphic design or videography.

Our compensation structure reflects labor costs in various US geographic markets, with base pay ranging from $124,500/year in lower markets to $215,100/year in higher markets.
