Sharepoint Content Manager (SharePoint Administrator)
ASRC Federal is seeking qualified candidates for the SharePoint - Content Manager (SharePoint Administrator) to support our PEO Digital customer located in the Washington DC Navy Yard. Summary
Collect, organize and manage multiple documents across Navy, Marine Corps portfolios and offices, including complex customized workflows for PEO Digital Enterprise Services. Conduct daily operations of content administration to include user training, dialog, workflow planning, and automation recommendations. Oversee permission access. Conduct routine scans for material outside the bounds of policy and other PEO Practices. Use MS Teams on the SharePoint platform. Participate in the Digital SharePoint Online and Knowledge Management “clean-up” of dozens of soloed sites. Train end‑users on SPO, MS Teams, MS Planner, Office 365, One‑Drive, Power Platform Business Intelligence. Create a Business Central model to simplify improvement and architecture for better temporary file storage in MS Teams, to a SharePoint Online/Flank Speed format. Job Description
Manage and administer the daily operation of content usage and provide SharePoint Program Support to the client. Gather requirements and information when there are minimal documented processes. Use extensive data connections and rules (low‑code/no‑code). Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user access requirements and adapt to configuration locally as changes to priority or business dictate. Provide end‑user support and training on creation and configuration of document libraries, lists, columns, content types, library templates, permissions, and web parts. Recommend best practices for the implementation of SharePoint portal technology procedures. Work in collaboration with other SharePoint developers to support Navy enterprise SharePoint portal operations, development, and migration (as needed). Provide customization with common language, including HTMO, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, JSON, and jQuery. Requirements
Minimum of 4 years’ experience performing business analysis and SharePoint requirements elicitation 4 years’ experience performing SharePoint online (SPO) and SharePoint 2013 administration 4 years’ experience performing SharePoint Permissions, WebPart configuration, and content management/manipulation Experience using Microsoft Platform to include Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI Experience using Microsoft InfoPath, and NINTEX Workflow tools with SharePoint sites Experience using M365 Suite to include MS Teams, Team Planner, and Teams SharePoint sites Experience supporting SharePoint Online migrations to include planning, remediation, and UAT Strong understanding of OOB SharePoint 2013/SPO features, terms, capabilities, and best practices Working knowledge of web design UI/UX, taxonomy architecture, project management processes Knowledge of enterprise portal technologies Strong Information Technology skills Strong multitasking and time management skills Must be a US Citizen Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other relevant discipline. Associates degree plus 4 years experience in lieu of bachelor's degree CompTIA A+ Certification (within 6 months of hire) Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent and Must maintain IAT Level II certification per DoD 8570.1M Security Clearance Requirement
