Senior Media and Analyst Relations Associate You will be instrumental in shaping the narrative and enhancing the visibility of ZS in the media and among industry analysts. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in media and analyst relations. The ideal candidate will be adept at building relationships, managing high‑impact communications campaigns, and achieving exceptional media presence and analyst engagement. What You’ll Do:

Help develop and execute a comprehensive media relations strategy that aligns with ZS’s corporate objectives, enhancing brand visibility and media presence.

Support the creation of press releases and other news sharing, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of ZS’s news and highlights.

Coordinate analyst briefing meetings with agency support.

Assist in the management of the media agency relationship.

Track and report on the effectiveness of media and analyst relations strategies, using metrics and KPIs to assess impact and alignment with strategic goals.

Provide insights and intelligence based on earned media and analyst relations KPIs to help inform future strategies and campaigns.

Support interdepartmental relationship building and metric tracking with marketing, events, and internal communications teams among others. Provide recommendations on areas of collaboration and cooperation.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or related field.

5+ years of work experience in marketing or communications.

Excellent writing and editing abilities; well‑versed in AP Style.

Keen project management capabilities.

Strong interpersonal skills; adept at building partnerships across a global organization.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, and meet competing deadlines.

Ability to interface with company leadership and conduct themselves in a professional, tactful manner.

Enthusiastic self‑starter eager to learn from and contribute to a dynamic team.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

Experience working in a complex matrixed environment, social media, and basic design or video experience is a plus.

Travel: Travel is a requirement at ZS for client‑facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority.
