The Senior Digital Content Strategy Manager plays a key role in shaping and executing the digital content strategy for Cytiva’s flagship website, cytiva.com. This role focuses on developing customer‑centric, digital‑first content that enhances the user experience, supports business objectives, and reflects the brand’s voice. As a strategic contributor, you will collaborate across teams to deliver content that drives engagement, conversion, and long‑term value.
This position reports to the Director of Digital Content Strategy and is part of the Brand Marketing team located in Marlborough, MA and will be an on‑site role.
What You Will Do
From ideation to implementation, you will develop content strategies that align with brand identity, customer needs, and business goals, while ensuring brand consistency and compliance with legal and regulatory standards across all digital content assets and channels.
Create and optimize digital content to improve user experience, drive traffic, and support lead generation.
Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, UI/UX experts, writers, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and content alignment.
Analyze content performance using web analytics tools and apply insights to refine strategy, improve outcomes, and inform governance best practices.
Stay informed on industry trends, SEO best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance content effectiveness.
Who You Are
Long‑standing experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or B2B web content development.
People, process, and project management focused—driven by an innate curiosity to learn and evolve best practices while managing existing workflows.
Experience working globally or in matrixed, regulated B2B industries.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to extract actionable insights that inform content decisions. Excellent storytelling and communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and customer engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO, and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS).
Familiarity with the Agile framework for project execution.
The annual salary range for this role is $135,000 - $150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
