Responsibilities
Develop the annual customer marketing plan in close collaboration with Key Account Managers for key customers in the region based on global brand strategies and regional priorities.
Build broad-based knowledge of key global and regional trends as well as competitive environment
Develop insight-driven and category growth-led customer propositions.
Manage Brand Investment through budgeting, tracking, and implementation of expenditures.
Co-manage the P&L with the Key Account Manager, delivering ROI on all marketing activities.
Deliver activation, visibility, and promotional plans, ensuring tactical activations and long-term visibility objectives are executed brilliantly, with a focus on key strategic locations and premiumization.
Plan and execute brand campaigns, product launches, and consumer events in line with brand guidelines to achieve overall brand objectives.
Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to define and implement brand digital strategy across retailers’ e-commerce sites and social media platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
7+ years of trade/customer/shopper/consumer marketing experience in the FMCG / Travel Retail industry.
Strong business acumen, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Relentless focus on best‑in‑class execution.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Customer and results oriented.
Preferred
MBA preferred
Experience in the travel retail industry is preferred but not mandatory
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
