Position Overview
Faith Pro LLC is seeking an Experienced HOA Community Manager to join our growing Northern Colorado team. The ideal candidate has at least two years of hands-on HOA or property management experience and is confident managing multiple communities with professionalism and care.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of your portfolio—working directly with HOA boards, vendors, and homeowners to keep communities running smoothly. You’ll bring structure, organization, and a proactive mindset to every task while being supported by an experienced leadership team that values communication, teamwork, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned homeowner associations
- Serve as the primary contact for boards, vendors, and residents
- Manage budgets, review financial reports, and assist with long-term planning
- Coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with governing documents
- Prepare board packets, agendas, and detailed meeting minutes
- Provide proactive communication and professional guidance to HOA boards
- Ensure compliance with CCIOA and other Colorado state laws
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HOA or property management (required)
- Strong knowledge of HOA operations, budgets, and governing documents
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Professional and composed under pressure
- Proficiency in property or HOA management software (Vantaca preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
- M-100 certification preferred
