Creative Project Manager

Contract Role – December through Early May

Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Overview:

A global beauty and consumer products brand is seeking a Creative Project Manager to support its in-house Creative and Marketing teams during a maternity leave period. This role manages the movement, documentation, and approval of creative work across packaging, PDP content, and marketing assets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage timelines, schedules, and routing for packaging, PDP, and marketing creative assets.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and the Creative team to ensure clarity and alignment on project requirements.
• Track project progress, maintain calendars, and update internal stakeholders on deadlines and changes.
• Route artwork through internal approval systems and ensure accurate completion of all steps.
• Support creative operations across multiple beauty categories in the US, Canada, and Latin America. Maintain organization across a high volume of projects and shifting priorities.
• Assist with workflow improvements as the team transitions to Asana in early 2026.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of creative project management, traffic management, or studio operations experience.
• Experience in beauty, consumer products, CPG, or in-house creative environments preferred.
• Familiarity with packaging artwork processes, PDP requirements, or marketing asset lifecycles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate between creative, marketing, and brand teams.
• High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Experience with artwork routing or workflow tools; Asana experience is a plus.
• Ability to remain organized and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Hybrid schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday onsite in Boston.
• Standard hours: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Contract duration: Immediate start through early May.
