Senior Marketing Coordinator
The Senior Marketing Coordinator is the operational heartbeat of the marketing department owning campaign execution, organization, and reporting across D2C, retail, PR, and influencer initiatives. This role bridges creativity and precision: managing the marketing calendar, executing campaigns through Klaviyo and Shopify, optimizing content visibility (SEO), and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure every campaign launches on time and on brand. While this role manages and reports marketing performance metrics, overall campaign outcomes (CTR, ROI, and sales) are shared with leadership and channel managers. Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the master marketing calendar across D2C, retail, PR, and influencer channels. Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and on-time execution across teams. Execute and QA Klaviyo email campaigns, track performance, and summarize insights. Manage retail copy, promotions, and listings across Shopify, Nordstrom, and Macy's. Write and optimize product listings and marketing copy using SEO best practices. Support press coordination and influencer outreach timing with creative and PR teams. Maintain marketing reports and dashboards in Google Sheets. Partner with Finance and Ops on promo calendars, pricing accuracy, and launch readiness. Manage workflow and deliverables in ClickUp, ensuring visibility across teams.
