Align influencer initiatives with upcoming campaigns, product launches, and promotions, ensuring that these tie to financial or strategic milestones. Relationship-Building & Negotiations
Identify, evaluate, and nurture relationships with influencers across industries and demographics that match our clients brand ethos and ROI targets. Negotiate contracts and compensation while working closely with our finance and legal teamssecuring fair terms and timely payments. Act as the primary point of contact for influencer partners, from initial pitch to final sign-off, ensuring every deliverable meets brand guidelines and legal requirements. Campaign Execution & Logistics
Coordinate with brand strategists, designers, and client teams to craft influencer briefs that uphold brand standards and voice. Oversee content creation timelines, gift deliveries, and all logistic touchpoints, ensuring campaigns roll out smoothly. Monitor influencer content for brand alignment, providing constructive feedback and ensuring each post or video resonates authentically with its audience. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Define KPIs (engagement, reach, ROI) and track performance throughout the campaign lifecyclebecause we believe creativity meets commerce. Provide regular updates to the marketing team, analyzing data to spotlight successes, identify gaps, and refine strategies for higher returns. Balance the quantitative side (metrics, cost-effectiveness) with the qualitative side (brand fit, storytelling resonance, authenticity) for a holistic campaign view. 24 years of influencer or social media marketing experienceagency or brand side. Demonstrated track record in selecting the right influencers, managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and driving tangible results. Strong familiarity with tracking tools, analytics platforms, and the financial fundamentalslike cost-per-engagement, cost-per-acquisition, ROI benchmarks. Proficiency in balancing creative storytelling with business logic (yes, we love brand authenticity, but we also love seeing those revenue numbers trend up). Natural communicator: you can speak the language of both creators and CFOs, bridging passion with financial realism.
