We’re looking for a Creative Operations Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of Drata’s Corporate Marketing organization. This role ensures brand, content, design, and web teams run efficiently, meet deadlines, and deliver high‑quality work that elevates Drata’s category leadership.
You’ll partner closely with brand, content, design, SEO, communications & web teams to implement processes, coordinate cross‑functional workflows, manage resourcing, and drive excellence across all marketing outputs—website production, campaigns, creative assets, product launches, content programs, events, and more.
What You’ll Do
Program & Project Management
- Own the corporate marketing project pipeline and operational roadmap across brand, content, web, and design workstreams.
- Build, manage, and optimize processes for intake, scoping, prioritization, and cross‑functional coordination for all creative and content functions.
- Lead end‑to‑end project management for website development, multi‑channel campaigns, major moments, brand initiatives, and integrated content programs.
- Ensure realistic timelines, clear dependencies, and seamless flow from strategy to production to publishing.
Resourcing & Capacity Planning
- Manage resource forecasting, allocation, and workload balancing across internal team members and freelancers.
- Oversee vendor relationships—including agencies, freelancers, and contractors—to ensure quality, efficiency, and budget alignment.
- Maintain visibility into team capacity and proactively identify resourcing gaps, bottlenecks, or optimization opportunities.
Creative & Asset Operations
- Own marketing asset management, ensuring all materials (brand assets, design files, messaging docs, campaign kits, etc.) are organized, accessible, compliant, and up‑to‑date.
- Implement and improve systems for version control, asset distribution, tagging, rights management, and brand governance.
- Partner with content and design to ensure assets meet quality standards and align with Drata’s evolving brand identity.
Process Building & Workflow Optimization
- Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and templates for consistent, efficient creative production.
- Improve collaboration by standardizing briefing processes, review cycles, approval workflows, and publishing checklists.
- Introduce operational best practices that streamline cross‑functional communication, reduce friction, and increase output velocity.
Operational Reporting & Cross‑Functional Alignment
- Build reporting around workload distribution, project timelines, cycle times, and operational performance metrics.
- Translate operational data into insights and recommendations that help marketing leadership plan, prioritize, and resource effectively.
- Act as the connective tissue between strategy and execution—ensuring clarity, consistency, and accountability across teams.
- Serve as an evangelist for operational excellence and producer‑level discipline across the Corporate Marketing org.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in creative operations, program management, or project management within a marketing or creative team in B2B SaaS or a similarly fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to run large‑scale marketing or creative programs from concept through delivery, balancing multiple complex workstreams.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, resource planning, production workflows, and tooling. Asana expertise is a plus.
- Proven success establishing scalable processes, systems, and workflows across content, brand, creative, and web teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to simplify complexity, create clarity, and keep teams focused on high‑impact work.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and creative vendors, with strong judgment and quality oversight.
- A process‑mindful approach paired with a flexible, solution‑oriented mindset; comfortable building new systems from scratch and optimizing existing ones.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills; able to drive accountability across diverse stakeholders.
- A passion for operational excellence and producing high‑quality creative work that elevates brand, storytelling, and go‑to‑market impact.
