Landmark Builders Inc is hiring: Design Gallery Consultant in Ephrata

Do you have an eye for design, a passion for helping people, and the organizational skills to turn creative visions into reality? Landmark Homes is looking for an enthusiastic Design Gallery Consultant to guide our homebuyers through the exciting journey of personalizing their new homes.

This is your opportunity to work in a collaborative, design-focused environment where your creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail make a lasting impact.

• Partner with homebuyers to make color, product, and upgrade selections that reflect their unique style.

• Input selections into our options management system and occasionally use 2020 Software to create kitchen layouts.

• Stay on top of the latest design and décor trends — and help keep our Design Gallery displays current and inspiring.

• Assist with selections for model homes, spec homes, and Parade of Homes entries.

• Collaborate with the Design Gallery Manager and Selections & Options Managers on pricing and gallery updates.

• Support fellow team members and help staff Saturday open houses and evening appointments as needed.

• A passion for home design and decorating trends.

• Strong communication and customer service skills — patience, professionalism, and a friendly attitude.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business preferred.

• 2–4 years of customer service experience, preferably in construction, homebuilding, or a related industry.
