A-Plus Care HHC, Inc., a Licensed Home Care Services Agency, is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you have experience in outreach, marketing, and building community relationships, we want you to help us find new patients and expand our impact across New York City!
As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will focus on reaching out to new patients, building relationships with local communities, and increasing awareness of the home care services we provide. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while supporting the growth of our company.
What You'll Do:
- Patient Outreach: Conduct telephonic, written, and in-person outreach to identify potential new patients in need of home care services.
- Engage with the Community: Partner with local organizations, healthcare providers, and facilities to connect with patients and introduce them to A-Plus Care HHC, Inc.
- Promote Services: Educate prospective patients and their families on the benefits of home care, and how A-Plus Care HHC, Inc. can provide compassionate, high-quality support.
- Build Relationships: Strengthen the company’s presence in local communities, raising awareness about our services and growing our patient base.
- Follow-up and Support: Ensure ongoing communication with potential patients and families, guiding them through the process and ensuring a smooth transition into care.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years in marketing, outreach, public relations, or community relations (healthcare experience and knowledge of insurance plans is a plus).
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Attributes: Must be a self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve goals.
- Location: Ability to travel throughout Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, and Staten Island.
