Field Marketer/Lead Generator

Your Home Improvement Company, one of the largest full-service home remodelers in the Northern U.S., is hiring Home Services Promoters to work inside local Home Depot stores. This is a flexible part-time role perfect for students, retirees, or anyone looking to supplement their income.

You'll be speaking directly with customers, generating leads for home improvement projects like windows, roofing, bathrooms, and more. If you're friendly, outgoing, and love helping peoplethis is a great way to earn a steady income and bonuses without cold calling or door-to-door sales.

Greet and engage shoppers inside Home Depot

Ask customers about their home improvement needs

Educate them on our services and set up free consultations

Generate leads and collect basic contact information

Represent Your Home Improvement Company at local events and home shows

Requirements

Reliable transportation

Clean background and professional appearance

Strong people and communication skills

Comfortable standing and walking during your shift

Willing to work a minimum of 15 hours per week or generate 10+ leads per week

Preferred Experience

Sales, customer service, or retail experience

Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented

Comfortable working independently

Positive attitude and coachable

$20/hour base pay
