We’re looking for someone with a big heart and love for fashion! The position reports directly to the Lead Photographer. It is a Monday-Friday, full-time hourly position and is housed in the marketing department and photo studio of Altar’d State’s home offices.**Primary Responsibilities**● Light and shoot digital product video and photography of products and apparel both on model and as flats used for social media platforms.● Capture the functionality, features, benefits, and uniqueness of individual products and apparel.● Occasionally photograph creative assets on location local to Knoxville, TN.● Consistently produce digital images that are within established standards, which can quickly be edited and made web-ready.● Retouch all images, videos, name, and upload on a weekly basis to be uploaded to our website by our Merchandising Analyst.● Ensure a high level of consistent technical quality and aesthetics for all photography created and distributed by the studio.● Work closely with the Creative and Social team on all concepts, ideas and execution.● Understand deadlines and schedules in order to help prioritize product in a high-volume environment.● Distribute and archive photography according to assignments and request● Cull, refine and edit imagery in line with creative direction for each specificdigital asset●Efficiently manage high volume image workflows**Desired Skills and Abilities**● Strong digital photography, studio lighting, and compositional skills● Proficient in Capture One and Photoshop and with Cannon cameras● Passion for the technical side of studio photography● Clear communicator with great interpersonal skills● Strong knowledge in both natural and studio lighting● A self-starter, with a strong sense of teamwork in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven ● environment● Approaches challenges and demands with a flexible, problem-solving and positive attitude ● Utilizes resourcefulness, and creativity to capture the Altar’d State brand through photography● Quality orientation and high attention to detail.●Flexibility to adapt with fast paced timelines and adjustments**Stand Out For Good, Inc.** is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
