Title: Audio Engineer V

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand technical support for live studio and post-production teams
• Maintain and troubleshoot cinema cameras, lenses, lighting systems, audio/video signal paths, and robotic camera systems
• Support production asset management pipelines, automation tools, and software across macOS, Windows, and Linux
• Troubleshoot and maintain Fibre Channel SAN storage, networking infrastructure, and high-throughput media workflows
• Manage tasks independently and prioritize urgent issues to ensure smooth studio operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical support in live, live-to-tape, or post-production environments
• Strong understanding of video/audio signal flows, workflows, protocols, and codecs
• Experience with PAM/MAM systems and large-scale SAN environments
• Ability to troubleshoot Ethernet, Fibre Channel, and DLC networks
• Proficiency in macOS, Linux, and Windows administration
